Every poster is printed on demand by our print partner in the country it's delivered to, which keeps delivery times short and avoids long-distance shipping.
Where we ship
- United States — printed in the USA.
- United Arab Emirates — printed in the UAE.
We currently ship only to these two countries.
Shipping costs
- United States: free standard shipping on all orders.
- United Arab Emirates: AED 25 standard delivery.
The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Posters are usually printed within 2–4 business days. Typical total delivery times after you order:
- United States: 5–8 business days
- United Arab Emirates: 4–7 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays.
Tracking
Where the carrier provides tracking, we'll email it to you once your order ships.
Taxes and duties
Because posters are printed in the destination country, standard orders don't incur import duties. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is shown at checkout.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, email hello@natalatelier.com with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
