Refund policy

Every Natal Atelier poster and book is calculated and made to order from the birth details you provide. Because each piece is unique to you, we handle returns a little differently from a standard shop.

Damaged, defective or misprinted orders

If your poster or frame arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match the details you entered, we'll make it right at no cost. Please email hello@natalatelier.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue (and of the packaging, if it was damaged in transit). We'll send a free replacement or, if you prefer, a full refund to your original payment method. You don't need to send the item back.

Change of mind

As personalised, made-to-order items, posters can't be returned or exchanged for change of mind, a different style or size, or for details entered incorrectly at checkout. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.

Digital astrology books (PDF)

Our personal astrology books are digital products, generated from your birth details and emailed to you shortly after you order. Because the PDF is personalised and delivered immediately, it can't be refunded for change of mind once it has been sent. If your book doesn't arrive within 24 hours, the file won't open, or it doesn't match the details you entered, email hello@natalatelier.com and we'll resend or correct it free of charge — or refund you if we can't fix it. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.

Changing or cancelling an order

Production starts automatically shortly after you order. If you spot a mistake in the name, date, time or place, email us as soon as possible — ideally within 2 hours. If printing hasn't started we'll update or cancel the order for free; once it has, we may not be able to change it.

The live preview

The preview on our product page is generated from the same calculation as your print, at lower resolution. Please check the name, date, time and birthplace in the preview before ordering — your printed poster will match what you see there.
