These terms apply to your use of natalatelier.com and to orders you place with us. Natal Atelier is a brand of Lexoford Pod FZC (trade license 4430741.01), Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Our products
We sell personalised birth chart posters, printed on demand by our print partner and shipped to the United States and the United Arab Emirates, and personalised astrology books delivered by email as PDF files. Product images are illustrative; colours may vary slightly between screens and print.
2. For entertainment and reflection only
Our posters, books and readings present astrological information for entertainment, reflection and decoration. Astrology does not predict events, and nothing we provide is medical, psychological, financial, legal or any other professional advice. Where a book describes themes for the months ahead, these are prompts for reflection, not predictions. Please don't make important decisions based on any of it.
3. Your details
Charts are calculated from the information you enter. You're responsible for checking the name, birth date, time and place — and the live preview — before ordering. You confirm you have the right to provide the details of any person named on a poster you order as a gift.
4. Orders and prices
Prices are shown in the currency of your market and may change before you order. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. Shipping costs and any taxes are shown at checkout.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
Our poster designs, templates, text, readings and website content belong to us or our licensors. Buying a poster gives you a personal, non-commercial right to display it, and buying a book gives you a personal, non-commercial right to read and print it for yourself; neither transfers design rights or allows reproduction, redistribution or resale.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site — for example by attempting to disrupt it, scraping it, automating requests to the preview, or submitting names or text that are unlawful, hateful or infringe someone else's rights. We may decline to print such content.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
If something goes wrong, please contact us first at hello@natalatelier.com so we can try to resolve it; we'll respond within 30 days. Any dispute that isn't resolved this way will be subject to the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, unless the mandatory law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to bring any claim against us only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding.
